1. Photos have licenses, some want attribution whereas others are public domain, you would need to look up their licenses if you want to be fully safe.

2. You can make a thread by following this template/rules: https://f95zone.to/threads/game-uploading-rules-2018-12-07.524/ on "Game Requests" and if the thread is good, a member of the staff will move it to games.
Another way is to message a memeber of the staff directly and they will make a thread for you.
