I remember this specific game, i believe it was an RPGM 2dCG. The main plot was that you were a princess working as a soldier to protect your sister, you get raped by your commander and have to do missions to fight against an invading barbarian force. The barbarians could rape you and if you die to a boss you can get a bad end.
