I had this manga a while back, but because of drive failure, I lost it. And now I can't find it on nhentai.
Release: 2016-2022 (Can be before 2016, but is before 2022)

Mother 2 (Kanna): Boy 2's Mother. (don't remember hair colour)
Shinya and Takumi might be either cousins or friends, can't be sure.
Story:
Shinya comes home to his mother, Misaki, and Takuma having sex. Takuma rubs it in Shinya's face. Shinya thinks enough is enough, and goes to Takuma's home. There he informs Kanna about Takuma and Misaki's affair. Kanna is shocked. Then Shinya says it isn't fair that Takuma is having sex with Misaki. Then in a sort of pushy way, he starts his own affair with Kanna. Takuma starts suspecting and confronts Shinya, which he readily affirms. Shinya says because Takuma is fucking Misaki, he is fucking Kanna.
After that i don't remember much, but gradually both boys move from their affair partners to their own mothers. Later, there was a scene of both Misaki and Kanna with Shinya. Takumi is almost not in the scene in later story.
