Seeking Identify/Find RPGM game with school brainwashing contest

Hello. Help me to find RPGM game I played some time ago. School or academy, mc is installing brainwashing device to contest with someone else (highschool consil but I am not sure). We control small part of school but its growing. We get hypno points and opponent as well - if my point fall behind enemy's its gameover.

No. In game I searching school already brainwashed by student concile. You subvert one brainwashing device and control small part of school. Every day you and they get hypno points from devices. You can spend them on upgrades and controll more and more of school.
