The MC has a sister (step sister possibly) who is super into both having sex with and building a harem with the mc. She has a husband who's a bit of a wet rag that she can easily control. I believe there was a scene where the husband texts her when the mc was there and asked if he can go to a furry convention. She told the MC she "shut that shit right down" iirc.
Among the girls he fucks there is a young kind of timid and inexperienced blonde. She's into gaming and there is an event where she goes to a gaming tournament. I think she places second and does a televised interview where she's sad and says she wants to go see her dad (the mc i think). The MC is upset that the announcers were rude about her (or something) and tweets at them that they should be nicer, or something to that effect.
I'm pretty sure there's also pregnancy... the sister is a bit upset that the mc is risking blowing up the harem over something like that but they agree that it's fine and reference some kind of surgery or procedure to make sure it's "fine", presumably because of the potentially wonky genetics.
