I'm trying to find a 3d pov game, where you would interact with girls on the train in chikan. I don't remember if the game ever had an english patch (i remember playing it in japanese), but it had multiple ladies for you to prey upon. I think it was here on this site, but I don't remember enough about it to search for it properly.

Thanks, but I vividly remember Rapelay, and it has an english patch. That's not the game. It's less polished than an illusion game.
Might be hard to find with only that much info. Only thing that comes to mind is Train Capacity 300%. Previews for it mostly show the 2d art but most of the game is 1st person 3d walking around the station/train. Looks like it also has a sequel.
If you say it on this site then it has an english patch. If it really never got an english patch then it won't be here at all.

I don't think these are it, but they look phenomenal. I think I remember some English, but it may have been a machine translation that was never finished/was broken. What tags did you use to search?
Sorry I don't have a lot of info, but I do remember one of the girls talking to you after you fail a target, and she offers to let you basically practice on her? Or is maybe just willing to be your target since she loves you? Not sure, as I mentioned the translation in my other comment was either never finished or was broken.
For those I mostly just search by name for stuff with train or molest in the name. I remembered Train Capacity from trying it not that long ago. Unfortunately the tagging is very unreliable on these translated japanese games. About the only mostly consistent tag is "japanese game". Not even "3d game" "3dcg" or "2dcg" are regularly used correctly. Some other that you can try and hope they were added correctly would be "exhibitionism" "humiliation" and maybe "censored".
Do you remember any more that might help about the mechanics of it? Was it actually censored? Was there animation in the sex scenes? I'm assuming vaginal sex but what about anal? Other acts that might've been tagged?
Edit: Also was all of the action on a train of was there other locations of significance?

Unfortunately, my depression and adhd make a lovely concoction of memory loss. I think there was maybe something with the in love girl back at the player's house, but i can't quite remember. I think it was censored, but I remember not playing the game for very long before accidently deleting it. I've tried to keep my own eyes open over the past few years, but decided to finally ask for help looking for it.
I know there was location based hand and clicking gameplay, not unlike rapelay (which was what I liked about it, puzzling out how to arouse without drawing attention), but that really is all I remember; the target girl chastising me, getting off the train, and then the next girl talking to me, then i'm back on the train using her as practice. I think the second girl was aware of the player character's molesting tendencies?
