Identify Identify: Please help me identify this Renpy visual novel.

Game where you play as a guy. You move into an apartment with a lady and her two daughters. One of whom is into fitness, and the other is into computers. you work on your IT gig on your laptop. You help the mother with cooking and stuff in her kitchen. There is also a bar underneath the apartment where you meet a cute bartender and a mysterious patron.
I played this a few years ago and have been trying really hard to find it again. Please help!

MC do not works in this game, he just wait for his inheritance.

Honestly it's really hard to figure what game it can be. The only thing in OP description that don't match a cliché, and half the average games, is the bar underneath the apartment.
