Can anyone Figure this game's name. It's a 3d game located in an island you can customize characters looks pretty good imo? There is a video of a gameplay on Cornhub but unfortunately no title just straight gameplay so. here's the link. Any help is appreciated thanks

I'd say this is Wild Life.

Yeah it almost looks like it. but the scenes in the video given above are more Immersive and they are first person perspective. im not sure if Wild life provides first person aspect.

If you look at 2 seconds (0.02) it has the exact animation your video starts with (with a different female / maybe also male model / slightly differen camera angle with their dynamic system)
