I'm looking for a game I downloaded a while ago but lost. It was a typical 2D Japanese game, probably RPGM. Plot was MC and heroine wake up in an escape room game. Each room had small puzzles that included increasingly lewd stuff to solve. MC was being called pig and otaku at the start and heroine was disgusted by him. If I recall correctly, they defeated the escape room master at the end because they fell in love.
