I've played it quite a while ago.
Japanese game. Badly translated at the time (or not translated at all?). You're playing as a party of three hooligans, trying to assault a schoolgirl on her way home. Schoolgirl beats the snot out of the guys. It was in "first person", like old Wizardry type of game, with player having "POV" of the hooligans and girl sprite in the front.
Your goals was to slowly level up, until you can actually beat her and do the deed.
You could also unlock various erotic actions over the course of the game, including aphrodisiac drugs, multiple penetrations and other stuff like that.
The girl was the "sukeban" too, unless memory fails me completely (read: long skirt female high-school hooligan type)
