Let's add my voice to the chorus of those who hate the plot.
I have a very different perspective on why, though: see, the evangelism is what's getting to me.
Now, there are going to be spoilers here, primarily about the blue-haired girl on the cover, so - fair warning.
You good with spoilers? Sure? Great, let's go.
Going through the plot for the "good" ending gets one of your friends murdered and another you get to murder yourself. And just to take the absolute piss, it's Blue, the prettiest girl in the plot and the MC's childhood friend.
Going on neutral will get the first girl to retreat safely, and Blue will be spared in the final fight, but will be scarred irreparably.
And naturally, going on the evil route will not only not scar Blue, but get her and the MC in bed together *AND* unlock Blue's special power to be used whenever she wants (even though this power was supposed to somehow destroy her if she used it more than twice - go figure!).
If this is what you wanted then the game says "Congratulations, you're a horrible human being who can only get what they want through the MC repeatedly failing, murdering and being raped".
To put the cherry on it, in both cases where a main cast girl dies in the "good" path, there's a big long-winded description about how they see all the good things in their life before they die. So what's the message here?
Be good and die happy for whatever cause you believe in. Be a lesbian and burn in hell, and if you wanted to see Blue and the MC get it on you're an evil, nasty person?
I'm good for that message, thanks. This isn't exactly where I look for moral advice, this is where I want to see well-endowed elven girls be exceedingly promiscuous - preferably with each other.
And can someone tell me what's with the male guy whom the MC supposedly loves? He's an arse. He has no emotions. He has no character. He has no flaws. At one point you beat this big boss guy, and the narrative just goes on about how *HE* does the impossible and walks through a lot of magical attacks to beat the boss himself. Hello? What did I fight all that for - for this worthless knucklehead to steal the glory?
And when you go through the "evil" route and kill him - God! - Oneone1 created an entirely unique armor piece that grants a whole lot more physical defense *just for him*, because if you don't equip that he can take you out with a single crit even at maximum level. It's like they fangirled over him so hard they simply couldn't help overstatting him.
In conclusion:
Oneone1 should take their evangelism and shove it. And while they're at it, they can shove that guy the MC is supposedly in love with as well.
1/5, only because a worse score isn't available.
