I haven't played the Rance games but I can guess what might happen. Most guys in the MGQ world(multiverse?) are masochists' so since Rance probably isnt he might have a chance. Another thing is that the guys in MGQ lose their will to fight when they ejaculate, idk if its biological or the monster girls cause it but thats what happens. So even if he does ejactulate in battle (i.e. losing all HP points.) He can probably still fight after being dazed for a second. Of course he probably wont be able to defeat Ilias.

Honestly, I think that Rance would probably win, but I wish that he wouldn't. It'd be really nice to have that piece of shit raped to death by monster girls.
