I'm looking for a game with real consequences of our choices, I'm open to absolutely all tags exept full Harem, because yes I'm tired that the mc can have all the girls of the game without difficulties and WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES...

I'm looking for a game with if possible a choice of true romances, roads that can lead to cheating/trahison with consequences (jealousy, break up/partner cheating ect..)! In VN format if possible, no matter what the background if well written, I'm open to anything (college, joblifes, scifi..).

I'm open to all censored categories (ntr, violence ect..)

In short, I'm looking for F95's GOTY's ahahah

There's something confusing here. You say that you want choices with real consequences, and name games where choices have near to no consequences. Because, sorry, but "I'll pursue that girl" Vs "I'll not care about that girl" is not a real consequence, just an aesthetic choice.

There's a big difference between Delivrance, where, globally, you decide what girl you'll fuck and if you'll be a nice guy or the bad guy, two choices that will have most of their impact on the narrated ending. And a game like Sophie, The girl from the Zone, where, before the end of the prologue, you already get two radically different stories, and where your major choices change the universe even hours later in the story. Or a game like Karlsson's Gambit, that, so far, can easily goes up to 30 different stories depending on your choices.

So, what are you asking exactly ? Games with real choices, or games that let you decide what girl(s) you'll pursue ?

I played it years ago, I remember that there were some scenes for players who disliked pure female domination but the beginning was heavily focused on humiliation.

A note on this:
Unlike with Sophie, the girl from the zone, where the stories can be different at more than 50% so far, with Karlsson's Gambit so far the difference are more around 20% of the content. But it's already enough to provide a different experience. Especially because each one open a different window on the background story.
Is also to note that the number of 30 different stories is a guess for the future. Currently there's around a tenth routes available. But (sorry it will only talk to those who know the game) there's no reason for a Z MC following Dominique, to have the same story than a K3 who would end in the hands of Juliette, and there's all the in between.

It's the main problem.

The whole universe is dominated by women, and men are seen as nothing more than servants, when not purely disposable. So, either the male MC submit, and he'll earn some freedom, to the point that he'll be able to dominate some of the girls, or the girls will do all they can to break him, possibly ending by killing him ; I'm not sure to what extend the author haven't planed early ending for the most rebellious players.
This mean that some tolerance to femdom content, and being able to dissociate yourself from the story, in order to make the male MC bow when needed, is the minimal requirement to play the game. And you also need to be able to witness the few mandatory femdom scenes that are part of the background story. Unlike a game like Desert Stalker, there isn't actual visual gore content, but if you aren't able to witness Juliette treat a slave like a piece of shit, then have him thrown overboard with the intent to feed the sharks, or to hear her explain how she feed her tiger, whatever how tolerant to femdom you are, the game is not for you.

I mentioned these two games because they are the two stories that most interested me (story line speaking) but yes, I'm looking for something more complex in terms of choice

I don't know if this is what you're looking for since it is slice of life but I remember fucking around lead to bad outcomes. So monogamy or at least honesty is encouraged in the playthrough. It has been years since I played though.
