There is a very big difference between Elvish and Skyrim Dragon language.

Skyrim Dragon language is not a language, it's just English with a word conversion list.

Elvish languages have their own grammar, unique words etc and have zero connection to English.

It doesn't take a linguist to make up words if that's all you want, but you should be clear since the latter is like 100x more work.
