Total Nudity School Training is here. Maybe have a look at the Double Melon games, if you can stand scat. And H.H Works, the Cos Ro games probably being the closest to the example game.

Edit - Looks like this is the Total Nudity School Training developers thing, but only the one game is translated.

You might try: "The headmaster". It is not totally focused on public nudity, but what it has is quite good. If you like it a little more lighthearted, you might try "Sunville" - the best lesbian-exhibitionism game, I know.
Another game with quite good public nudity scenes is "Coming of Age". It is a RPGM-game and a little grindy in the beginning, but it brings it`s own saves. So if you want to have a quick look on the scenes you can just use the latest save and go to the recreation room. There you can have a look on what is expecting you,
