I didn't play this game but it was a game with Japanese text I saw a gameplay video of. I believe it was on dlsite game and it was about a girl avoiding npcs where she would get molested if she touched them. the beginning of each level her outfit would change but I don't believe it ever got hardcore at all with little to no sex. It was Also similar to panic party in how the game looked.
