Like in the tittle. Undressing or changing costumes whenever you want or interacting with people/objets. Or when you are naked it actually effects what NPCs do etc. I dont remember a lot of examples but Liz fo the Tower by Clymenia was nice, and ofc a lot of itch.io games lets you do some kind of stuff like this.

the succulence series of games do this very well, depending on how you're dressed various interactions change, the second game even has rain mechanics which makes certain clothes see through, I'd heavily suggest playing the first game if you haven't already
