It involved a girl who could shift back and forth between the real world and a "shadow world"
It had a corruption mechanic, very little dialog (or it was all in Japanese, not sure)
and it was a platformer-like/side scrolling game for a part ways but a more RPG top-down combat system.
You had to guide her around town to find portals to the shadow world to fight
Also vaguely remember her wearing red (or maybe her hair was red?)
