Yes, you can as a long as the "Switch" button is available then you should be able to switch from MC to Mina's POV.
regarding to saving the game, as far as I know, you can save it during the MC POV, you can also change the direction of the story by e.g going to mina's place or her current location from her POV and stop Togou.

As far as i can see you can't interrupt anything. Protag walks up and gets told "leave plz" then he leaves and they fuck. That's it. What interruption?

Edit: Checked ending. WHat a surprise. People say you can change the direction, but you can't. All the endings are NTR endings. I'm sure the people could get a refund on this game as it's premise is that clever gameplay will be rewarded so its a big lie.

yeah after finishing it, the only things missing are the objectives not being translated, but if you read story, you know what to do. dunno why its not a real thread.

my only complain is that this game is mad short, wish i had more content and a proper mc pov. bet voicing the whole game took a big bite of the budget.
