Daz Image borders

I rendered this image in Daz studio. Image resolution is 1920x1080. Except the guitar rest of the image is transparent.
Can i render an image without borders, like there should not be any image beyond the boundary of the guitar?
Or is there any other software that i can use to delete the transparent part of the image?
I need to make some image buttons.

Cut around it in a square (rectangle) in photoshop, gimp, paint net what ever.

So, you're just basically looking to crop most of the area around it? That's fairly easy. Any program should be able to do it:



Just be sure to save space around the edge of the guitar if you're going to use a glow or something to emphasize it. As if it's cut off, it'll look weird as your mouse hovers over it. Like so:
