The incest patch doesn't actually appear to differ from the unpatched files, so you don't actually need it.

Yeah I think both ThtsMyScrtCapImAlwysHorny and herreraaa are right, it won't work because the incest patch probably changes some dialogue text and you can't really see much difference but I'm guessing if you install the Ipatch and then the mod you lose those dialogues, and if you put the Ipatch last probably you will lose the WT feature. Not really sure if that is what will happen because didn't look inside the files, but many of the files overlap. I still prefer the WT hehe I can live well without incest dialogue in this game .
