I remember seeing an imperial gatekeeper like game but only had one girl template with a webtoon / korean art style, there was also a tech tree with 3 branches, i think it was something around money, experience gain and the sex and it was mainly missionary or reverse cowgirl. I remember you could fuck them on a chair or in a bed, either seduction, prostitution or them being imprisoned. Game also had quests and different maps unlocking different and map unique girls but they all just shared the same girl template, just the hair, clothes and accessories were different, the english was also a bit off, maybe translated from another language. I have forgotten about it and I need help finding it again, I think I remember seeing in the comments that the creator always made and dropped projects? This could be wrong though.
