It's quite old, it's menus aren't fully translated, and you essentially are in control of a dungeon where you can collect girls by battling(I think).
You can access menus use a bunch of different toys on them, and send them off to rooms to be gangbanged by monsters and tentacles, use aphrodisiacs on them, and other BDSM things.
