Seeking - Impregnation/Pregnancies that aren't endings + List (updated 1/15/25)

Indeed, this is exactly what I was looking for, and can only get better with time. Hopefully it gets a great deal bigger, as pregnancy mechanics are some of the best mechanics.

Only thing I'd offer to add is some sort of rating system, based on how in-depth the pregnancy is. One and done? Multiples? Maybe pregnancy changes the storyline?
