Unfortunately I've forgotten about a game that I've played rather recently (< 6 months ago) and I was hoping to get help identifying it.

Art Style: Similar to Mythic Manor
Events that I recall:
The MC lives in a house with a family and there was quite an emphasis on the Mum not being satisfied by the dad, and became a hot-mum as the game progressed. There was a particular scene where the MC had felatio in a "japanese" bath with the Mum and turned into hot sex.
There were also plenty of other characters the MC is involved it but i just had a very vivid memory of the one with the hot mum, think name was Nala/Nara? or something.
