A couple of years ago I played a game, where you lived in a city, a rather dark and female-dominated one. You had this interactive map with places you could visit, and work at to get some cash etcetera. You also had your own apartment/room for day progression and whatnot. Now, I have no idea what this game was called. But one specific scene I remember was a sort of event that you could attend. And you, the player, was the main "course" you basically had to be chained or similar, while some high and mighty female personnel spun a wheel (or something similar) and wherever it landed, that sort of torture they'd expose you to. I remember there was like a balloon torture? something...
I realise now this is extremely vague and not much to go on at all. But you could die, if you weren't careful. And there was a brothel where you could work as a sex worker/slave...
I want to say I remember the art style, but not really. I don't recall being able to make your own character (customization) and I think OP had black short hair? (He was a male)
If I were to compare the art style of those snippets I remember, I would say it was cartoonish? Like "Yandere Simulator" but I could also be wrong
Oh, yes. the torture event. another thing that could happen to you was that you were trapped to a sort of "death" mechanism, and if you moved your hands, a blade of sort would swung down and chop of your pee pee. And one of the female personnel, spat in your eyes to make you, well, move your hands from the pain, resulting in the loss of you penis and eventually game over...
So yeah, I don't remember much more unfortunately :/
