if you unlocked the pregnancy scene that means you have already finished the game
there is typically nothing after you get the 3 main characters their own ending

keep progressing through the main quest. they will give it to u later

100% gallery save. A bit grindy and the "minigames" assume you have only one finger and half a brain in your disposal but hey, pretty decent overall.

Copy to /SaveDir in the game folder.
