I have yet again a vague recollection of a scene that seeks a matching game title
The scene comes late in the game where the married MC joins his sister and her husband for some sort of game (poker, ...). Depending on your choices the evening turns out to be a swinger party, a threesome, etc..
I believe the game was in 3d CG, don't remember the engine though.
