Identify incest game from about 5 years ago similar to Man of the House

MC was a young virgin with mom & a couple sisters. I can't remember the art style, because there are a ton of games with the same faily set up confusing my memory. I am only certain it was not real porn.
The most distinctive thing about this game was that the mom was the easiest to corrupt. Once she was, you could peep on the sisters & jack off, & if she caught you she would sneak up behind you , reach around you & start jacking you off & catch your jizz in her hand so it didn't get on the carpet . The rest of the plot was similar to Man Of the House. No Idea if it was complete or in Dev at the time either.

I honestly cant remember more than how erotic that scene was.
It coulda been a japanese title I played with a text hooker.
I've worked my way back from page 249 or whatever & found loads of titles that I played years ago & are now complete, so it's not been a fruitless quest so far, but I'm gonna have to check the jap sites next I think. and im not trying to sound stupid ...after i played some games i had a dream of me playing some game which i liked... after waking up i realised that i got tricked by my brain ... next night i had the same or so dream ... and went to pc to check if i had this game, it was in place so i went to sleep knowing that i would play it tomorrow ... but it appeared that i was dreaming of having it on my pc...so after waking up i realised that i was tricked again...

I'm sure it does exist. I've played it and I think it was possibly View of Family or something like that. Or even if it was Unity, it would be Puzzled Life? It's been a while since I've played either but I do remember faintly a scene like that. Haven't replayed those yet since I've just upgraded computers and am going thru the games one by one.
