I tried to find this one via search but I could not find it.
I remember the game plot start were you get a uknown call/message about doing something sexual to your family and you get blackmailed for it. There is also your girlfriend and you can have sex with her in the park . The mc has a mom and two sisters. It seems each member of the family is also being blackmailed. At some point they kidnap your sister. I remember later on the ones part of the blackmail club have something like a mark or tatto and this group is being owned by some cult rich people from an island.
