I don't play many female protag games, but one that instantly came to mind is Good Girl Gone Bad, which has a route with your mother. I think you can get straight up lesbian, plus some threesome action with your mom's lover...

I haven't played it, but the previews of Two Sisters suggest it has both features. Maybe also Futanari Mother And Her Torturous Daughter, if you don't mind futanari but I suspect it has more Japanese cumdom than actual lezdom.
