I'm trying to remember an incest game from some time ago. MC is living with mother, brother, and at least one sister. The plot of the story is basically a competition with the other brother. You can choose the bad options which results everyone growing to hate you while your brother fucks the women in front of you and they treat you like a cuck until they eventually kick you out of the house, I believe. OR you can pick the route where YOU fuck the girls and get your brother kicked out. There may also have a "sharing" route where everyone is happy with everybody.
I'm pretty sure it's Ren'Py, definitely VN, most likely 3DCG, and may have had some animations. It's definitely NOT RPGM or HTML. Does that ring a bell for anyone?
