You find a port with it already included, or if possible play the PC game with JoiPlay so you can easily get to the game files. I don't think you can get to a actual Android version of a games files without a rooted device, but could be wrong.

or something similar because I can't find them on the samsung files app as they are all apks and not file folders

Install game and dont open the game

go to your phone (android folder/data/game folder ('dream.of.desire' example for you )/files
Here create new folder name it ''game'' and put patch file in it.
