For games involving a mother and son (where your the son) there's Sisterly Lust, the sisters are the main focus but the mother has a route. Two Weeks, it got cut short but does have a ending. Also Mify City and Man of the House.

Thanks .......i have played the last three already .....will try Sisterly Lust .......i actually meant the story set in a desert island kind of a setting .......i became curious upon seeing Selenaraft 's post, to see if such a game exists..... Thanks anyways !

There is a part in Sisterly Lust where you can get lost on holiday, it gets a little Lewd Island like. If you want to be shipwrecked have a look at The Intoxicating Flavor, and maybe Holiday Islands.
