I'm looking for games, stories or other media involving characters growing to hyper proportions and that resulting in major problems for them. Stuff like being immobilized by their tits, or an unhideably huge futa shaft making it hard to walk.
Ideally, it would go into detail about their struggles (physical, biological, social) after the growth. Just being an ending is fine if the ending isn't short.
