I updated it with v0.012 full, I only saw the jet sky scene as new.

Well I have checked with the compressed version: Indecent Desires - The Game [v0.012 Full Fix 1] and it works fine with me.
Do you have any error message?

My guess would be, the cheating-part works with v0.013, the Gallery needs to be updated with the newly added scenes. I'll check that out shortly, how hard it'll be to do that
