This is fantastic hentai game design. It's a hentai game that's actually a game with hentai, rather than a hentai game that like... has some hentai? Or is like guest featuring hentai after enough redundant work? No, the porn is at the core of the gameplay.
It's an old school rogue like dungeon adventure game. You're proceeding in a first person view kinda (you can't see any of yourself except in battle). It's like 2d and 3d at the same time. You move through a 3 dimensional space tile by tile but everything put in the 3d world is 2d. You go through the dungeon, floor by floor, fighting to the goal.
Very early on the sexual combat is introduced as rape... but it's rape v.s. rape and it's barely even rape at all. It's like two people fighting to see who can make the other bust first. Except that busting doesn't kill you. You have a "lust energy" that will kill you if it's depleted, and so do they. But like, the way it's displayed, your character seems to care less about the sexual activity than the monsters do lol. He just wants the stones man.
The battles are a pretty simple turned based system. You start with like 2 attacks and slowly get a new technique every like two levels. It's all pretty simple. But here's the thing, this is a porn game. A hentai game. If you want to be experiencing hentai... this is fucking fantastic.
The combat techniques in battle initiate an animation. A short animation displaying what the technique is doing with fully rendered models. Or like, a silhouette of protag and the model of the enemy. Then, after you attack and cause a short animation to play, the enemy also fucking does this. Pretty much the only time you aren't seeing hentai is when you aren't in battle or when you're choosing how to fight or when you're using a non offensive technique.
The progression isn't too slow but it's not very fast. It can feel like somewhat slow of a progression. The variety of enemy isn't extremely vast, but when a new enemy appears with a new animation, it's super rewarding. It's like, getting to the next enemy and fighting them, actually playing the game, is the reward.
Each enemy has like two animations they use to attack you, and you get like two to attack them with. Your animation you attack with changes every enemy as well, so that's at least four unique animations for every enemy plus the busting animation for when the meter fills. That makes you take extra damage but not sure if it does anything else.
Anyway, it's a "rape" vs "reverse rape" game though it's like not even really rape... there is like ONE actual rape scene. I'm not sure exactly how that plays out since you can skip it if you want. It's more like who can fuck each other to death better. Mortal Sexbat or something.
