Inline spoilers for images?

I was writing something up and was using the [ISPOILER][/ISPOILER] to hide some words and an image, unfortunately it doesn't seem to work for the image. Is there a way to blur images? I could have sworn I have seen it on this site before...
Ex.

to prove my point.

Taking out the I makes it a standard spoiler, That's not what I want.
I want to use this but for an image. Which doesn't seem to work.
If there isn't a way to inline an image that's fine, but I swear I saw it a few times.
