Great Update, as always. The fights have gotten much easier.
I noticed a typo with the slugs. At one point its probably want to say "Slugs juices mixing with Leahs", but it says mexeng, or something along those lines.
The Combat tutorial will be much appreciated by newer players. How about you let the music continue in the background during the tutorial? Maybe with reduced volume? This would make it less steril.
Thank you for adding the scene name to the skip window.
Only 3 Updates remaining to reach the original state. Did you make up your mind about a continuation of the game yet?
Thank you for the continued support
.
Having the music play with a lower volume could be an option. The music does not play because the trigger for the battle starting was delayed to after the tutorial ends, and the same trigger is what initiates the battle BGM
, but I could initiate the battle theme regardless and lower it's volume by maybe 25%, or so.
I have a draft for a few points that I would like to cover, I just don't have the "how to execute" yet. I will try to gather a few resources (like people, CGs and permissions) to see which option I will take with the extension, depending on what I can get.
The overall plan for the extension would be:
- Add a few more scenes to what currently exists (for example making use of all remaining CGs that were unused on the original game)
- Add a few more areas and new scenes to fill them (maybe a way to use the unused CGs, but also an opportunity to get new scenes, if possible)
- Add some additional mechanics (one of the examples could be carrying the eggs and birthing them later, befriending the enemies and a party system with Oniku/befriended enemies)
- Complete the story, giving it a closure (this will also not be an incredible and long narrative, but having a conclusion with more than one ending at least)
So, I have always been curious as to why and/or if people actually get off to weird shit like this. If so, how on God's green Earth did any of you discover that you like bugs fucking women?
Like Karana answered, it is easier to identify the broader context of the kink, than the specific kink itself, as people rarely solely have a single one, but often enjoy everything that surrounds a given context, as far as I know.
Even so, I think you have two main situations here, one being people that enjoy the humiliation, degradation, corruption or the "tabooness" of the act of being taken by insects, however you can take "insects" and replace it with ghosts, undead, monsters, aliens or animals and it will probably yield the same effect, to some extent at least.
The other being people who actually enjoy the concept of insects for what it is, which could be related to the idea of insects being usually associated with disgust and fear in society, I would assume based on the answer from Astaryx.
I think in both cases, a big portion of people would not enjoy real insects (because of disgust or fear), but the fantasy (3D or 2D drawn) ones are 'ok' and welcomed, however I'm not entirely sure of this later statement without other input from more people.
