Hey guys, long term lurker/player here.
I started working on my own game recently, but I want it to be more interactive experience with more choices. A lot of popular games I see are mostly on renpy and with very little meaningful choices. Also most use daz3d models, and feel kinda same, most even in very uncanny valley.
I will be making it in unreal (kind of rare choice here I know) with anime style, which I prefer. I want to keep it low on download size of course. With some polished combat, more in-depth story and adventure.
How desirable would be this type of game, compared to others?
Movement/combat would be for two hands, scenes for one only.
I'm mostly looking for perspective/experience from others.
Just for context, I'm working in game studio as 3d graphic for many years
