Seeking Interactivity and choices matter ?

As it's not that effective to randomly pick games hoping to get a cool one by chance, I'm here to ask for recommendations from actual people who tried and played them.

First, what I can't stand anymore :
- Flat slideshow VNs. Nothing is less entertaining than just click, click, click and click again through tons of uninteresting text just to see a pic each 10 minutes.

What I'm looking for in a game :
- 3D models, preferably with some animations.
- Some actual gameplay. Not asking for much, just something else to do than only endless clicking through endless dialogues.
- Interactive sex scenes with choices that matter. Lots of games propose to change view/position during sex scenes, but it's only for aesthetics. You only play to unlock the sex scene and, once done, whatever you do within it doesn't affect the game. For example, I'd like a game where, if you try to fuck a girl in the ass, she may dislike it and it'll have consequences later. Or if you creampie her, she may get pregnant and it'll have consequences later too.

Some games I liked (interesting gameplay tentatives + the sex scenes are part of the game) :
- Seducing the throne
- Sisterly lust (yes, it's a VN, but choices during sex scenes do matter and that's great enough to consider it a good game)
- Under the black banner
- Snake valley
- Several other Lesson of Passion / Sex & Glory games I forgot the name of.

Some other games I liked but a little bit less (interesting gameplay and/or visuals, but sex scenes are considered final rewards thus out of game) :
- Long live the princess
- Man of the house
- Lucky Mark
- GirlHouse
- Mist
- Harem camp
- Horos

Some games I hated (gameplay is click, click, click + sex scenes are reward animations pointless to the game) :
- Eternum
- My cute roommate
- Master of the earth
- The genesis order
- Milfy city
- Pretty much anything VN.


So, there it is. What can you recommend to me, guys?
Just, don't tell me about Lesson of Passion / Sex & Glory games, I got them all.
I don't mind repetitive grindy games (mods and cheats exist to fix that).

I have a lot of rpg games with a lot of story, gameplay, and choices but none (besides adventurer trainer) are 3d- and definitely not the type of 3d that usually shows up here (realistic) but then again I am limited by the fact that I don’t touch anything not vanilla

Interactive sex scenes don’t really go with rpgs often- but MDRG is one of the most fun games I’ve played and you have complete control over everything during sex (well everything realistically available) and it’s also just a really wholesome game with a lot of content and stuff outside of sex
^ choices do matter quite a lot; bad endings are just you dying so nothing unwholesome (besides y’know, being dead)

I’d check out my vanilla list to see if anything interests you (in my signature) but other than that most I can do is bump this up a little back to most recent

I will do something crazy and recommend 2 VNs that are actually good, wuth the caviant they are furry
Amorous: you and your adoptive brother Coby are in a bit of a slump, so you hang out in the invamous Club Amorous and try to score some dates
things are not what it seems, there's quite a bit of character in these characters, real stories and a diverse cast of personalities
albeit, there's not many consequences as you wanted, but you can permanently butch a relationship if you try something they don't like, they aren't you yesman dating sim harem

book of lust: you playing as Jake Hart, on your 18th birthday, gets a mysterious book containing a succubus demon at first, you need to learn spells to control her / other people with lust powers, but soon after, you discover there are 7 books with 7 demons representing the 7 deadly sins, you need to find a way to help the owner of the book of sloth and the story only gets bigger from there

neither have deep levels of branching stories that will be affected 10 hours later, but they have good stories with deep characters that you can screw up if you just click any choice

Well... first, let me thank you, guys, for your interest and the time it took you to reply.

But, really, I can't
For example, MDRG seems to have some actually interesting gameplay elements, but anything cartoonish or anime-stylized is just a big turn-off to me.
And being turned off by a porn game is... I mean, ummm... what's the point, right?

So, unless the drawings are truly outstandingly exceptional and worth experiencing at least once, I won't even try launching such a game.

As I said, what I'm looking for are :
- Some decent 3D renders.
- Sex scenes that don't just put you in passive-mode like a loading screen.
- And choices during sex scenes that matter in-game (not just some purposeless "change angle" or "change position").

I'm still open to any recommendation fitting my expectations
