I'm looking to make a femdom game and probably will use RPG maker but I don't know where to start or how to draw art (I'm not an artist, but I can write a good script probably). I need help as to where to start. Can somebody help?

1. RPGM as an engine is best suited to JRPG style games. You have to torture it to make it do a Visual novel or similar style game. Based on comments on this site, most players dislike RPGM games. Unless you really want to have "tile-based walking around exploring" gameplay and/or JRPG style battles, it's not worth it.
2. Making a "quality" H-game requires execution of a wide range of skills: gameplay design, story development, writing scenes and dialogue, creating character / environment / sex scene art, programming, audio curation, testing, project management, marketing, and community engagement. It's very unlikely that you have understanding of all those at the beginning of your journey.

3. If you can't make art, then you have several choices: make a text only game, use stolen real porn video clips, use badly drawn placeholders, use AI "art" (note this is still fucking time consuming), learn to do basic 3d art with a game poser like Honeyselect (etc), learn to use Daz for more 3d art, or pay a real artist.
