I like the girls designs and I think the plot is decent enough, but the writing feels kinda weird, and Mark's design feels...off? Something about him just makes me go dunno what, though. Can't really put a finger on it. Maybe it's the lips? I don't know.

They most likely mean you will be ntr'ing others. Wouldn't make sense to randomly introduce ntr otherwise.

I'm sure this has been said before, but i just wanted to reiterate that when some quests state that there are no more quests until the next update but others don't it gives the impression that you just need to do something else for their next quest to show up. Because sometimes that is in fact the case. So, it would be best to be consistent there. Also, its frustrating and illogical to not have the phone available in the house and especially in your own bedroom. Its the only way to check if you have quest steps to complete. Having to leave your bedroom and then the house just to check that is irritating.

NTR will be completely optional. Youll get an option to NTR others and get NTRd. A prompt will pop up and all you have to do is say no if that's not your thing.
