Flash - Iris in Labyrinth of Demons [v2024-10-20] [The Craftsman]

Honestly a guilty pleasure (pun intended) for me. The game part is not good at all. Very clunky and raw experience. The scenes though are good for the most Part and there are a couple that I keep coming back to.

Random point but it feels like a game made in the early to mid-2000s. I was shocked to find out this was released like 3 years ago. This makes it feel nostalgic to me, in a fucked up way.

TLDR Not downright horrible but nothing close to impressive either. If you do play it, just know that shift lets you noclip.

Kind of a flop for me, all of it is kind of meh... sex scenes aren't very good and mostly sex scenes with parasites. gameplay is poor, only plus for me is that it uses the sprite in the sex scenes. I didn't really expect much from the game.

I will state beforehand that I am bias for this game as I have followed its progress for several years now. That said, this game is not great by any means.

The biggest shortcoming is the lack of direction this game gives you. There is no guidance on where you have to go and it will be extremely frustrating. I bet there are people who reached the village then immediately stopped playing because the path on the right is blocked, not realizing that the boss area is in the bottom right of the last area. No dialogue or pointers on where the next goal is, so you just have to blindly explore until you randomly stumble upon the boss area.
I also wouldn't recommending no-clipping everywhere as some cutscenes are triggered by location, meaning you will miss some H scenes if you're not careful.

Combat and RPG system are essentially proof-of-concept. They're functional, but there isn't a reason to collect items and to level up skills in anything but combat.
Platforming is frustrating and will sometimes feel bullshit, so just no-clip or go on the easiest setting for multiple jumps, there's no shame to it.

The only reason I give this game a decent rating is because of the H scenes, more specifically the fetishes: Parasitism, interspecies, pregnancy, birthing, mind-control, et cetera. This game does not hold back and is not for the vanilla only crowd. The game also only requires you to kill an enemy to unlock its gallery, making it easier to see all the H scenes without going through the tedium of losing on purpose.

I don't know why this game has 5 stars. There are no quests, few creatures. Yes, there are many animation options, but the game itself is empty at all. With the help of cheats, I flew the entire map, destroyed all the bosses. Graphics are average. The game looks like a raw version. Too boring.

game is okay, ilke catgirls and ladyboys so if u like too then ply this. i dont like how most of the sexy stuff result in game overs. so if you want to fap you will have to purposefully lose. the puzzles are good and fun.

I gave this a try a long time ago, and it sucked.

I gave another try since it has high reviews, it still suck, so I decided to write a dissenting review to explain why it suck.

1. Technical reason: it is made in flash, and is extremely heavy for the little content it provides, also much of the art is disjointed and kinda mediocre.

2. The gameplay is mostly crap, it has a lot of fighter game style controls, but this is a platformer, and the levels layout and puzzles were made so that you need to pull fighter-style combos to move to locations where you want or to move objects, it is just insane and easy to make mistakes and have to start all over again, or worse: get stuck.

3. The porn is not that great either, mind you I love the fetishes, but either you leave the menu on, and its controls are bad and there is little roleplaying, or you turn off the menu, and enemies will just tease your character a bit and then throw her away.

4. The game is basically gameover rape genre, except when you restart the sex stats are not saved, so it is useless. The only way to get pregnant and whatnot in the game is go out of your way for it, and play it "wrong", for example you would have to enable the sex menu, go to enemies, let them grab you on purpose, then press the button to get ejaculated inside, then press the escape button, and leave the scene while still having HP. It is just silly.

The controls are loose, and jumping can be hit or miss.
The GUI is ugly, but functional.
Stats are mostly pointless, and equipment adds less stat boosts than the levelup system
During sex scenes, the xray mode is off set. They can be moved to sort of match, but I wish the two overlays were on top of one another so they would line up.
The levels have weird layouts and there isn't a peek system so jumping down is always a gamble

The art is decent, if a bit blocky on character models.

There is a large assortment of monsters and so far they all violate the heroin, which is AWESOME!

I think there needs to be more monsters, and an on screen (possible womb xray) character would be an added touch (maybe). I would like to see an enemy that goes inside to complete its adult growth life cycle. Something like the sperm from DepraviA. If we're going gross, we're going all the way!

The misaligned sex xray is off putting, so that needs to be fixed. Then again, it might be intentional. I would like if the layer would lock so I can drag both to center screen.

Should you play this game?

Depends, so you like mpreg, insects, parasites, and mbirth? Then HELL YES!!! If you're not into that, then run away. This shit gets weird right off the bat, and the rabbit hole JUST.KEEPS.GOING.

the art is very attractive, the heroine is cute

Great game.Just donated to their Patreon because I feel like a game like this deserves it. Games that feature birthing animations are hard to find and this is one of the best. I cannot wait for the next update.
