just update the graphic driver and now i cant save the game, it show here in japanese as something along the line of cant create a new save file

Did you set your system locale to Japanese? The save file path characters might be in a language that is not recognized as either/or English/Japanese which might be what is causing this issue.
What is the specific save game file location that you have on your device for Irotoridori no Sekai?
i use local emulator and the directory is c\users\admin\onedrive\document/favorite/../save
so i believe it is all english
