Is it considered incest if....?

if no related person get inside the body of a brother in case of brother/sister inces, like he isnt the real brother since his soul left while ago and now it is only a piece of meat controlled by MC
or if MC can transform in any person, he transform in a son and have sex with his mon...

So would it be considered incest in both cases or no? I want to know to know how should i tag them or if I could have problems with patreon since they don't like inces....

I wouldn't risk it for patreon. There are arguments for both sides, but it's very easy for patreon to say that they are still related physically so incest and ban your game.

Just make them land lady at a BB or something like that, then just make a I Patch under a different name and post it here. (and or add and fill in the names and relationships area for the start of the game and you should be good to go.) Not too sure of Patreons stance on fill in the names / relations ship part you'll have to look into that yourself.

Hell I'm here worrying about even having a girls sister present during the other sisters sex scene (But not involved). Fairly sure the body snatching thing won't hold up if patreon start looking at it. Good luck though.

I'd assume it's because they can get in legal trouble if they're seen to allow the monetisation of glorification of illegal activities. They're based in California, where incest is illegal. It's the same reason they'd get into trouble for allowing payments to creators creating sexual content of children, even if patreon themselves don't host the content. It sucks for what we do, but it does make sense. (The incest part, I'm 100% against any sexual content of children)

To clarify, they do allow content containing incest, but not if that content portrays it in a pornographic manner.. For porn game devs though it's easier to just say it's not allowed.

for patreon, everything is considered incest. I read that even a motherly figure doing anything sexual with a character (to whom she's a motherly figure) counts as incest for patreon, even if they're not related at all. Same thing with step-incest, still incest for them.

for tags, there are no "body swapping" and such tags, but I think it'd count as a type of 'mind control' (tag) if there is intentional body swapping.
