Hi, i m new with daz and was trying to realize a wet skin on a gen9 basic character, but glossiness property seems not to be present. First of all, it's usual? and then is it possible to add it someway?

That depends on what shader you are using. For Gen 9 you are probably using a PBR one so you should look for specularity ones in the material tab, such as Dual Lobe Specular Weight, Reflectivity and Roughness. To get a smoother surface you can also decrease the bump and/or normal map values.

Glossiness is a normal thing in the surface tab in daz I think but does it looks good or is it good ? You need to try and if nothing then search shop.

(in My Opinion) You might also just look at daz shop for wet skin something and skip doing it with surfaces options as some things are easier to do/buy from the shop.

If you're not into buying one of the wet skin options Daz presents (some tend to not work with gens), an option that's always worked well for me is to turn down the glossy roughness and turn up the glossy reflections just a little bit (enough to get a sheen, depending on how wet/sweaty your model needs to be.), turning up the bump/normal map can help emphasize it a bit more, as well.
Many thanks to you all, i'll try different solution as suggested or also some product. meanwhile i recognized that my problem was in the shader of the skin of my character, so i started with basic g9 applying morphs for body head and so, but not applying the skin directly, but copying great part of the parameters and maps on the basic g9 surfaces, it's slower but it seems to work.
