Is it safe to use Payoneer for Patreon and BMAC ?

Hi, I am currently developing a nsfw game and there are few things I am extremely worried about. So, I was reading Payoneer T&C, and it's clearly written that they dont allow Adult Services like Adult pictures, videos, games that include pornographic or obscene content. Will I get into trouble if I continue using Payoneer for payout method while developing these games ? I though about making my patreon page completely sfw but not sure if it will work. Hope any dev out there reading this could give me any advice.

I've been using payoneer since 2019 and nothing is wrong with it. The only problem for me is patreon.

Okay, I have so many questions I want to ask

1. What steps did you take to stay off their radar ?
(I was thinking about making my Patreon page completely vanilla (at least on the front) but if i post the game link, the game itself contains nsfw content, so I'm not sure how it will turn out when they review it)
(I also thought about making a separate sfw and nsfw version but not sure abt that)

2. Is itch and BMAC good enough for backup options ?
(Subscribestar might be a option in the future but I am not sure)

3. Under what category did you listed your patreon website in Payonner ?
(I was thinking about selecting Game Development but I will also be posting lot's of scenes (Honey Select 2) in Patreon, so little bit confused here)

4. Also can you clarify what "problem" you're talking about ?

Recently a vanilla NSFW developer I know got their account on Payoneer suspended out of nowhere so I would be wary of using their services. The developer was using Payoneer for several years.

I am not going to disclose the name of the developer because I did not ask for their permission to do so.

Okay that is worrying. I was thinking of switching to PayPal but so many devs and users had their accnt suspended arbitrarily I'm not sure anymore. I also have a SubsciberStar account but all of the payout options seems so weird to me, and honestly I don't think any payout process will allow any 18+ content.

From Paypal itself:

So, as I read, official no digital sexual oriented goods are allowed. Thus it isn't suprising that they get they account suspended. As the story of Nopy has told us one thing, that payment service provider are a double edge sword. They often either categorical ban sexual content or shun it (eg. with higher service fees).

Same for the Patreons, Subscribestars and many other out here (same story for webhoster an many other things too). They may allow some sexual oriented goods or at least tolerate it, but if you "break" some of their rules, then they disable your account, in best case until the case is cleared up and until then all your funds that this service provider generates for you and all the funds you have in an account of this service provider will be closed off for that time.

So, either make something yourself that you have all controll over it - allmost not possible and for sure not affordable - or spread your business over as many different service provider as possible and have a backup plan. Also withdrawn your funds as fast as possible into a safe harbour.
