Is kemono trust worthy?

As the tittle suggests, sometimes we take and sometimes we give, i imported some content on kemono.party so some people be happy, tho i got me wondering, we need to share our used id on the patreon so it generates the key for extraction, is this safe? like it wont take my credit card and get my house, or like steal my email and password? did you guys who already shared something there or know about the matter, have a say on this?

Kemono is 5 years old and has currently 92240 entries.
I never heard of anything of that kind, which should be well known by now if anything ever happend.
