is there a limit to how many times you can change your username?

I had changed my username a couple times in the past and I changed it again a few days ago and I decided to change it back but when I go to change it there is no option. I read somewhere that you have to wait a few days before you can change it again but after waiting I still can't change it.

"You can change your user name 3 time(s) every 365 days." is what it says in Account details in my profile.

When you click on "Change" next to your username and then in the pop up box.
